Need a reprint of specific parts? No problem. Just let us know which pieces you need, what materials, and your order number. You’ll find your order number in the confirmation email from us. Can’t find it? Send us a DM on Instagram with the email you used for your order, and we’ll help you out.

How to Order a Reprint of Your Graphics Kit

  1. Fill in Your Details

    • Enter your email address so we can contact you.
    • Provide your order number (found in the confirmation email from your original purchase).

  2. Describe What You Need

    • List the specific graphics parts you need to be reprinted.
    • Mention any special materials or adjustments required.

  3. Upload Your Design Proof

    • Attach a picture of your original design proof.
    • Circle or mark the parts that need to be reprinted.

  4. Select Plastic Replacement (Optional)

    • If your plastics are also damaged, choose "Yes, I want the plastic piece as well!"
    • If your plastics are fine, select "No thanks, it is still good."

  5. Submit Your Request

    • Once you’ve filled in all details, submit the form.
    • We’ll review your request and email you the cost estimate for your reprint.
